Independent mm-wave design house — from beamforming ICs to phased arrays
Antecnica designs antennas and the silicon behind them together — RFIC/MMIC and phased arrays in K/Ka/E/W bands for SatCom, 5G/6G non-terrestrial networks and dual-use systems.
What we do
One design house, from IC to array
We design the front-end IC and the aperture together, so the two are developed as a single system rather than specified across an interface.
RFIC & MMIC design
Beamforming ICs, front-ends and phase shifters in SiGe BiCMOS, CMOS and FD-SOI up to E/W band.
02Antenna & AiP co-design
Antenna and antenna-in-package designed jointly with the front-end for efficiency and thermal budget.
03Phased-array integration
Active array assembly, calibration and beam control up to mm-wave.
